وكأن ما يلاقيه الشعب السورى من ظلم واضطهاد على كافة المستويات العربية والدولية ليس بكاف
بعضاََ من أرشيف فساد المنظمات الأمريكية المتمثلة بإدارتها السورية زعماََ بأنهم من الشريحة الثائرة والغيورة على الشأن السوري والتي طالت الجنوب السوري بداية الثورة ، فظنت شريحة من أطباء ومهندسي حوران بأن المعارضة جُعِلَت لإنقاذهم من الفساد والإختلاسات الثورية ، ليطرق أحد الحوارنة باب "د.نصر الحريري" فترة تسلمه منصب الأمين العام للإئتلاف والذي كان حينها مغشوشاََ بجسد المعارضة ، المهندس "خ - ح" لم أذكر اسمه لأترك له الحرية في الظهور ان أحب ويتفاجأ حينها بطي الشكوى لصالح المشتكى عليه وهو "د.سري بكار" صهر "د.جهاد قدور" ليعود خائب الأمل الى الجنوب يروي ماحدث لزملائه الحوارنة سابقاََ حتى اضطر الكثير من الأطباء اعتزال الثورة والإلتفات الى حياتهم الشخصية كونه لاجدوى من الغيرة الثورية مادام الفساد قائم بشكل مرعب باسم الثورة مع العلم يكونون من أصدقاء "الحريري" ذاته ، حينها طرحت عليكم منذ سنتان ونص تقريباََ الملفات والمستندات ليعلم الجميع إلى أي وادِِ منحدرة الثورة بعد طلب من شرفاء حوران وليس مرتزقتها ، فسابقاََ متزعمين ثورة حلب تشدقوا كثيراََ بأنهم صامدون بجيش من البيانات والجعجعة الشوارعية والرايات الخرنقعية لنراهم لاحقاََ خارج الأراضي السوري مسربين سراََ لمجتمعاتهم الضيقة والمغلقة ’’عيشوا حياتكم المشوار طويل والصمود كان مجرد فقاعة’’ فانصدم من انصدم وتفل بوجههم من تفل ولكن البزقة لاتؤثر بمحيطات البحار ، هنا أضع بين يديكم تقريراََ باللغتين سرده أحد أطباء حوران والذي نُشِرَ على موقع ’’الهيئة السورية للإعلام’’ وحُذِفَ لاحقاََ ولا أعرف السبب بينما أعيد رفع الملفات السابقة عن الجنوب السوري لكي لايتشدق أحداََ في المرات القادمة بأنه ’’صامدون’’ وحدود الأسد في أمان بعد ارضاخ المعارضة بسلاحها على طاولة مفاوضات الأسد .
فأمست لعنة الفساد تطارد السوريين حتى خارج أراضيهم فى دول الجوار... وإذا كان النظام السورى يمثل رأس هذه المنظومة....فأن جذورها تتمثل فى حزمة من ضعاف النفوس والمرتزقة ممن ارتضت ضمائرهم أن يعبثوا بمصائر هذا الشعب المنكوب ، هذه النوعية من لصوص الثورات افراز طبيعى لأى ثورة ...ولكن المحزن فعلا أن يتمادوا فى فسادهم الى حد أن يتاجروا بدماء الأطفال والجرحى من ضحايا النظام.
. من أبرز الأمثلة الحية على هذه المأساة...ما يشهده القسم السورى بمستشفى (عاقلة) إحدى مستشفيات العاصمة الأردنية (عمان) من فساد مالى وادارى..هذا القسم هو المخصص لاستقبال المرضى والجرحى من داخل وخارج سوريا .... لقد أصبح القسم السورى بالمستشفى مثار جدل واسع في الاونة الاخيرة بسبب تبادل الاتهامات بين المسئولين عن إدارته والقائمين على دعمه من جهة, و بعض الأطباء و المصابين و المستشفيات الميدانية ومكاتب ارتباط الجرحى من جهة أخرى . وانحصرت معظم تلك الاتهامات فى سوء إدارة المستشفى المتمثلة بالدكتور(سري بكار) والتهرب من استقبال الجرحى والمرضى السوريين بحجة عدم وجود دعم كاف, فيما ذهبت إدارة المستشفى إلى اتهام بعض الأطباء بشن حملة تشويه للحقائق بحق د. سري و جمعية سوريا للإغاثة والتنمية. "SRD" ومن أقوال شهود العيان:
1- جرحى ومرضى تم طردهم من المستشفى: ورد على لسان خلف عيسى السماني من مدينة الكسوة بريف دمشق : دخلت إلى مستشفى عاقلة في 30-7-2013م قادماً من الشريط الحدودي وجسدي مليء بالشظايا إضافةً إلى كسر في أسفل الفخذ , وبقيت في المستشفى حتى نهاية العام دون خضوعي لأي عمل جراحي وقد دخل المستشفى بعدي العديد من المرضى والجرحى وتم إجراء العمليات لهم بحكم قربهم من إدارة المستشفي وعند سؤالي د.سري بكار عن الأسباب قال لي حرفياً (عمليتك صارت باردة).
2- ضباط منشقون لم يتم استقبال ذويهم داخل مستشفى عاقلة: ذكر العقيد المنشق تركي الرفاعي "قائد لواء عاصفة الجنوب": أنه قد ذهب الى المستشفى عدة مرات ومعه التقارير الطبية التي تشرح حالة ابنته المزرية و حاجتها الى تدخل جراحي عاجل . وأضاف العقيد أن د. يوسف بركات (الطبيب المختص) قد حدد موعد للعملية في 15/3/ 2014م ولكنه فوجئ برفض د. سرى بكار أوراق القبول لأسباب مزاجية.
3- مسئولون عن ملفات الجرحى في الأردن يبدون انزعاجهم من إدارة المستشفى: - أكد يسار عوير "رئيس رابطة الجرحى السوريين في الأردن": أن المشكلة ليست في إدارة مستشفى عاقلة وحدها وإنما أيضا فى بعض العاملين بالمستشفى من الأطباء السوريين "المنتفعين". - وأضاف عمر الترك " منسق أمور الجرحى في العاصمة الأردنية عمان" قائلاً: هناك العديد من الحالات التي وصلتنا واستشهدت لرفض استقبالهم بالمستشفيات وفيما يخص مستشفى عاقلة فإن جميع أفراد الكادر الطبي داخل المستشفى متعاونون معنا ولكن يأتي المدير لينسف ذلك التعاون. - وجاء على لسان المتحدث باسم مكتب ارتباط الكرامة الخاص بالجرحى السوريين في محافظة الرمثا: مستشفى عاقلة هي مستشفى مغطاة مادياً بالكامل كما يعلم الجميع ولكن الحالات التي يستقبلونها حالات محددة , و بمعايير انتقاء غريبة تمنعنا من الاستفادة من إمكانيات المستشفى.
4- المستشفيات الميدانية في درعا تؤكد عدم استقبال أي دعم: مستشفى الدكتور عيسى عجاج في مدينة درعا ومستشفى الحراك وجاسم والكرك الشرقي وإنخل والجيزة وبصر الحرير ووادي اليرموك....جميعا أكدوا عدم استلامهم لأى دعم طبي أو مادي من جمعية SRD أو من د. سري بكار شخصياً.
5- أراء بعض الأطباء عن إدارة القسم السوري فى مستشفى عاقلة: - د. يوسف بركات "اخصائي جراحة مسالك بولية" أفاد ببعض المعلومات عن الجوانب المالية والإدارية في المستشفى قائلا: القسم السورى بمستشفى عاقلة هو عبارة عن مؤسسة لخدمة الجرحى السوريين من المفترض أن يتم تمويلها عن طريق (جمعية سوريا للإغاثة والتنمية SRD) . لكن على أرض الواقع فان الجمعية ينحصر دورها فى دفع رواتب الاطباء والممرضين فيما تتكفل منظمة الإغاثة الإسلامية عبر العالم بتمويل العمليات للجرحى والمرضى. كما أكد د. يوسف أن د. سري قد تسلم من وزير الصحة في الحكومة المؤقتة د. عدنان حزوري عن طريق مدير العلاقات العامة بالمستشفى ويدعى "أبو العلا" مبلغ 50 ألف دولار بموجب إيصال مذكور فيه أن هذا المبلغ هو كلفة تشغيل قسم العناية المركزة بالمستشفى لمدة 5 أشهر وحتى اليوم لم يتم تشغيل القسم. وأضاف د.يوسف أن القسم السورى بالمستشفى تحت ادارة د. سرى بكار يخضع للمحسوبية و التدخلات العائلية كأن المستشفى ملكية خاصة للدكتور سري, هذا بخلاف سوء معاملة د. سرى للمرضى والأطباء والتمريض وتعمد اهانتهم.
- د. منذر الحايك "مدير العيادات في الهيئة الإغاثية الاردنية سابقاً":
يؤكد على تجاهل د. سري لعشرات المكالمات التي تصله من أجل استقبال جرحى في مستشفى عاقلة علاوة على تهربه من امداد المستشفيات الميدانية فى حوران بشحنات الأدوية. - د.يعرب عبد الفتاح: يضيف بأنه كان يعمل بمستشفى الطيبة الميدانى بسوريا تحت ظروف القصف الجوى المكثف منذ عام ونصف تقريبا وأنه تلقى دعم من د.سرى بكار فى صورة سرنجات وابر طبية تالفة وعند اتصاله به لسؤاله عن ذلك تهرب منه بحجة أن لديه اجتماع ومنذ ذلك الوقت امتنع تماما عن تزويدهم بأى دعم طبى. كما ذكر د. يعرب أن د. سرى بكار قد تسلم مبلغ مليون دولار كإعانة لبناء مستشفى مركزى متعدد الطوابق بدرعا يعمل على مدار الساعة لكنه استغل جزء بسيط من المبلغ فى بناء مبنى مكون من طابق واحد عبارة عن عيادات مزودة بأجهزة مستعملة ومكاتب ادارية فى مكان غير مناسب وتعمل فقط حتى الظهر...وبالتالى فان كلفة المبنى لا تتناسب مع مبلغ المليون دولار.
عن د. سرى بكار:
ففد أدعى أن هناك تحريض من أشخاص يكنون له عداوة شخصية وأن سبب هذه الحملة الشرسة ضده هو الاستغناء عن خدمات بعض الأطباء بالمستشفى. كما أنكر أنه يعمل كمدير للقسم السورى بالمستشفى وأدعى أنه يعمل فقط كمدير للجمعية الراعية للمستشفى (SRD) . وعن مبلغ ال 50 ألف دولار التي تسلمها من الحكومة المؤقتة فقد أدعى أنها غير كافية لفتح قسم العناية المركزة بالمستشفى. وأضاف أنه يتم دعم المستشفيات الميدانية فى درعا بشكل كامل غير مباشر. It seems that the Syrian people have a bad luck. They are not only suffering from the oppression and persecution on both Arab and international levels, but also they have to face the corruption even outside their land in the neighboring countries ... If the Syrian regime represents the head of the corrupt system .... The bribees and mercenaries with their guilty conscience represent the roots of this corrupt system.. Any revolution results in such thieves, the thieves of revolutions... but it is really sad that their corruption extends to trade with the blood of the children and afflicted victims of the Syrian regime ... One of the live examples of this tragedy is the financial and administrative corruption in the Syrian section of (Akilah hospital) in the Jordanian capital, Amman...This Syrian section is dedicated to receive the wounded and sick from both inside and outside Syria .... Recently, the Syrian section in Akilah hospital has become controversial due to the exchange of accusations among those responsible for the administration and material support on one hand, and some doctors, patients, field hospitals and wounded liaison offices on the other hand . Most accusations were confined in the mismanagement of the Syrian section in the hospital by Dr. Seri Bakar and evasion of receiving the wounded and sick under the pretext of the lack of adequate support while the hospital administration accused some doctors of launching a campaign of defamation against Dr. Seri Bakar and Syria Association for Relief and Development "SRD". Citing witness accounts
The wounded and sick who were expelled from the hospital : Khalaf Eisa El-Samany from Al-Kiswah city in the governorate of the Countryside of Damascus: Said that, he had been transferred to Akilah hospital in 30/07/2013 coming from the borderline. His body was injured with shrapnel in addition to a fracture in the thigh. He stayed in the hospital until the end of the year without performing surgery. During this period many wounded and sick has been admitted to the hospital and have undergone operations by virtue of their relation with Dr. Seri Bakar and when he asked about his operation, Dr. Seri told him literally (Your operation became cold)
Dissident officers talking about refusal of the hospital to receive their relatives : Turki Rifai, the dissident Colonel and brigade commander of the army task force, the south storm: mentioned that, he had gone to Akilah hospital several times accompanying the medical reports that explain the critical status of his daughter and her need for urgent surgical intervention. The Colonel added that, the specialist, Dr. Youssef Barakat has already set a date for the operation in 15/03/2014, but at the last moment Dr. Seri Bakar cancelled the operation just for personal reasons
Officials for files of the wounded in Jordan are worry about the administration of the hospital: - Yassar Eiweer, the manager of the Association of wounded Syrians in Jordan : Said that, the problem in Akilah hospital is common in between the hospital administration and some Syrian doctors of the medical staff who are just looking for a personal gain. - Omar Turk, the coordinator of the affairs of the wounded in the Jordanian capital, Amman : Explained that, they have received many urgent cases but unfortunately it was too late. They died because the hospitals refused to receive them. In relation to Akilah hospital, all members of the medical staff in the hospital are cooperative with us except the manager, Dr. Seri Bakar. - The spokesman for the liaison office of dignity specific for the wounded Syrians in the governate of Ramtha : Added that everyone knows that Akilah hospital is entirely funded with a material support nevertheless, the cases that are allowed to admit the hospital are selected according to exotic dubious standards preventing us to achieve the expected benefits of the hospital
4- The field hospitals in Daraa have confirmed that they did not receive any support : The hospital of Dr. Eissa Ajaj in the city of Daraa, Al-Herrak hospital, Jasim hospital, The Eastern Kark hospital, Enkhel hospital, Giza hospital, Basr El-Hareer hospital and Yarmouk valley hospital .... All of them have confirmed that they did not receive any medical or material support from the Association of SRD or even personally from Dr. Seri Bakar
5- The opinion of some doctors on the administration of the Syrian section in Akilah hospital: - Dr. Youssef Barakat, the specialist of Urology has reported some information on the financial and administrative aspects in the hospital: He Said that, the Syrian section in Akilah hospital is an institution to serve the wounded Syrians. It is supposed to be financed by Syria Association for Relief and Development (SRD) however the role of the Association is limited to paying salaries of doctors and nurses. Actually, the Organization of Islamic Relief Worldwide is funding the operations for the wounded and sick. Dr. Youssef stressed that, Dr. Seri Bakar had received 50 thousand dollars from the Minister of Health in the interim government, Dr. Adnan Hazori by the director of public relations at the hospital who is called " Abul-Ela ," with the intention of running the intensive care unit at the hospital for 5 months but up till now, there is no implementation. Finally, Dr. Youssef added that the administration of the Syrian section by Dr. Seri Bakar is subject to favoritism and family interventions as if the hospital is a private property of Dr. Seri. Besides that, Dr. Seri treats patients, doctors and nursing badly and he is deliberately humiliating all of them

Organization: Emphasizes that, Dr. Sri is accustomed to ignore the phone calls that ask him for receiving the wounded in Akilah hospital. Furthermore he evaded supplying the hospitals of Horan with drugs . - Dr. Yourob Abdel Fattah : said that, he was working at Al-Tayba field hospital in Syria under the conditions of intensive aerial bombardment since year and a half ago. At that time, he had received a shipment of a medical aid from Dr. Seri Bakar in the form of damaged medical syringes and needles and when he called him to ask about that, Dr. Seri did not answer on the pretext that he was in a meeting. Since that time, they did not receive any medical support from Dr. Seri up till now. Also, Dr. Yourob mentioned that Dr. Seri Bakar had received one million dollars for the construction of a multi-storey central hospital in Daraa working throughout the day. But actually, the building was constructed in an inappropriate place and works until afternoon only. The building consists of one floor including administrative offices and outpatient clinics that are equipped with used equipments. In other words, the cost of this building does not fit with the amount of one million dollars
About Dr. Seri Bakar
He claimed that there is an incitement by certain people who harbor hostility to him and that the real reason for this fierce campaign against him is the expulsion of some doctors from their work at the hospital . He also denied that he works as a manager for the Syrian section in Akelah hospital and claimed that he is only the director of (SRD). About the 50 thousand dollars that he received from the interim government, he claimed that they were not sufficient to open the intensive care unit at the hospital. He added that the field hospitals in Daraa are entirely supported but indirectly
